We are a friendly, professional, and family oriented practice. Our staff and doctors are very relationship oriented. They want to get to know each patient on a personal level and provide the kind of care they would for themselves and their family members. We define this as feeling comfortable and at home in the office from the waiting area to the chair where the magic happens. We offer an open reception room with many amenities.
The doctors take the time to interview and explain each patient’s recommended treatment in full. Parents are invited back to observe their children’s treatments, and they are encouraged to ask questions. We are happy to explain our procedures in detail before, during, and after treatments. We will do whatever it takes to ensure patient confidence in their treatment from beginning to sparkling end.
We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality orthodontic treatments available. Our office takes full advantage of the newest technologies available in the field. We use computer based, digital charting, imaging, and radiography. We are always looking for more ways to improve the quality of care we deliver and are committed to staying up-to-date with the newest techniques through taking continuing education courses, attending professional development meetings, and being involved with numerous professional organizations.
Furthermore, we have developed a unique system of treatments that are largely based on Dr. Hilliard's orthodontic patents. Using these systems, our doctors are often able to shorten patient treatment time while achieving incredible results.
In Case of Emergency
Our practice maintains 24-7 emergency coverage and is prepared to help with any orthodontic complication. The doctors are committed to relieving all forms of pain and discomfort. Patients are often pleasantly surprised by just how easy it can be to temporarily relieve their pain and keep the emergency under control until an appointment can be set and the problem permanently solved.
